She has taught numerous college courses in Computer Science and has more than 20 years of Computer Industry experience. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Georgia College and State University, an MS in Computer Information Systems from Troy State University, and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Tim Zonca is Director of Product Marketing for Serena Business Mashups and IT Process Management applications at Serena, a global leader in Business Mashups and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Mr. Zonca has been part of the Serena team since 2003. Prior to Serena, he supported Systems Management, Network Security and Content Management applications and worked at startups and established software vendors such as Platinum Technology and Computer Associates.
